Can you ship to my address?

We ship to most countries worldwide. You can view the list of countries and shipping times, in our shipping policy.

Where are the products shipped from?

United States: US Amazon warehouse / FEELWORLD U.S. Subsidiary
Canada: CA Amazon warehouse
EU: EU Amazon warehouse
Australia: AU Amazon warehouse
Japan: JP Amazon warehouse
Other countries: China

Do I need to pay customs duties?

For EU customers, the system automatically applies the applicable VAT rate at checkout. Products are usually shipped from EU warehouses. If EU stock is unavailable, items will be shipped from China. No additional fees will be charged after checkout.

In the U.S., we have a local subsidiary and Amazon warehouse. Products are shipped directly from the U.S.

For Canada, Australia, and Japan, products are shipped from local Amazon warehouses.
If local inventory is unavailable, products will be shipped from China. Please note that shipments from China may incur customs duties, to be paid by the customer.

For other countries, products are shipped from China. Please note that shipments from China may incur customs duties, to be paid by the customer.

Why is VAT included at checkout?

The VAT is asked by government, an it will be charged even if you buy on Amazon or eBbay.
The prices shown on website are exclusive of VAT.
For customers with an EU shipping address, the applicable VAT of your country will be automatically added at checkout.
We primarily ship from our EU warehouse. If the EU warehouse is out of stock, orders will be shipped from China.
Regardless of which warehouse your order is shipped from, if you paid VAT at checkout, you will not be charged any additional customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees after your order is placed.

Warranty

My monitor is defective. How do I request a warranty repair or replacement?

Regarding your return/exchange/warranty request, please provide the following information:

Order number and purchase platform

Product model and barcode

Description of the issue, along with photos/videos

Your preferred resolution (return, exchange, or repair)

Note:

For products purchased through third-party platforms (Amazon, B&H, etc.), please contact the seller first for returns/exchanges

Warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase — physical damage caused by misuse is not covered

How long is the warranty period? Is the product still under warranty?

The warranty period lasts for one year from the date of purchase.

How to get warranty service for purchases from Amazon or AliExpress?

For products bought on Amazon or AliExpress, contact the original store first for warranty service. If you need assistance, please provide proof of purchase, and we will offer further support based on the specific situation.

Out of warranty

How to get repairs out of warranty?

Out-of-warranty products can be repaired, but the service is chargeable.
For customers in the U.S., please send the product to our after-sales center in the U.S. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee and repair cost.

For customers in other countries, the product needs to be sent back to China. You will be responsible for the shipping fee to China and repair cost, as well as any applicable customs duties. Please note that total cost may be high due to shipping expenses and potential import fees.
