Warranty, Return, Exchanges, Refund Policy

FEELWORLD does not support unreasonable returns and refunds. Please read the detailed information of the product carefully before purchasing to ensure that you can buy the correct product you need. But just in case you're not 100% satisfied or the items have quality problems within 7 days of the delivery date, we support return and exchanges. If the items have quality problem within 30 days, we support replacement. And we provide service of 1 year warranty.  (If you're not satisfied or the items have quality problems within 14 days of the delivery date, you can return the products and choose get the refund or replace.This is suitable for EU, US, Japan)

How Do I Return or Exchange an Order?
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance for us. To be eligible for a return, all returned items must remain in their original condition and in a new state (including the complete label on the package), and must include all packaging materials, manuals, and accompanying accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your total reimbursement.
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a trackable shipping service.
Your refund credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 working days once your return is received and inspected.

Our Solutions:

1.FEELWORLD responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, the goods received are damaged or not correct. we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Return and refund: Once we confirm receive the return products, we will arrange refund.
Return and replacement: Once we confirm receive the return products, we will send the replacement to you. The shipping cost of the products sent to you is paid by us.
This solution is only when FEELWORLD is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

2.Customer's responsibility
Incorrect order(size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) and other expenses incurred by the return for an exchange.


For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal refunds: 1-3 business days
Credit card refunds: 1-7 business days

The FEELWORLD products are protected by a 1 Year Warranty against defects ( you need pay return postage. The shipping cost of the monitor sent to you is paid by us). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse. During the warranty period, man-made damage needs to pay related maintenance costs. For more than one year, or man-made damage, the corresponding maintenance fee shall be paid, depending on the specific degree of damage.
If you have a defective item or warranty question, please contact us. We will gladly facilitate your warranty claim.

What you need to provide to send email to after sales team?
When the you have any question about the products, you can provide video about the product problem, barcode at rear of the product, order number, store name you purchased, send to our after salses services team e-email: , so that we can better understand the situation you are encountering, fast to find a better solution for help you.

Pay attention to:
1. The warranty of our products are ONE year, if there is any defective with our products, please contact us in time, we will deal with it soon.
2. We don't accept returned goods besides product quality problem.
3. Please contact us in advance if you insist to return the goods, we don’t accept returned goods without being informed in advance.
4. Please keep the whole package totally the same as the one you got if you decide to return the goods.And tell us tracking number after you send it out.
5. After we receive your returned goods,we need to evaluate the goods before returning the money, If it is quality problem indeed that belongs to our responsibility, we will refund full to you.
But if it is without any quality problem or the problem doesn't belong to our responsibility, we will reject to return any money to you. Please kindly know it.
