Warranty and Return Policy
FEELWORLD does not support unreasonable returns and refunds. Please read the detailed information of the product carefully before purchasing to ensure that you can buy the correct product you need. If you need to return the goods, please contact us, we will provide the return address, and you will pay for the return shipping.
Please read the following conditions. If all the conditions are not met, FEELWORLD reserves the right to refuse to return or charge at least 15% of the sales price. All returned items must remain in their original condition and in a new state (including the complete label on the package), and must include all packaging materials, manuals, and accompanying accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your total reimbursement. FEELWORLD can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you return a product for free shipping, we will charge a shipping fee greater than or equal to $15. The specific amount is calculated according to the specific country.
Returns items must be unworn, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/or labels.
FEELWORLD reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. FEELWORLD will not accept the return of damaged products. We will not accept returns of opened, damaged, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns on items that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging.
Shipping Fee Returns
Shipping and handling fees are refundable.
In the event that we ships you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with our mistake.
Returns of items that received Free Shipping, you are subject to than or equal to $15 shipping fee.
All items are protected by a 1 Year US Parts & Labor Warranty against defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse. During the warranty period, man-made damage needs to pay related maintenance costs. For more than one year, or man-made damage, the corresponding maintenance fee shall be paid, depending on the specific degree of damage.

Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your return before shipping the item back to us.
Please include the Packing Slip, Order Number, and Purchaser Name along with a brief reason for return in the box. DO NOT SIMPLY SHIP RETURNS BACK TO SENDER.
