The monitor is not displaying the image properly(Sony cameras)
If the screen isn’t full-screen, turn off “HDMI Info Display.”
This is due to the limited processing power of Sony cameras. When recording in 4K, Sony cameras can only output to two destinations simultaneously: HDMI and the internal memory card or the camera’s LCD screen. Therefore, for Sony cameras, you need to select “HDMI + Memory Card” in the 4K output menu. Additionally, locate “Proxy Recording” in the menu and turn it off.
For the Sony A7C, in 4K mode, simultaneous display on the monitor and the camera’s screen is only supported when recording at 24p

Why does the camera screen go black during playback?
Sony cameras, whether you're recording video or taking photos, the screen remains blank by default during playback, and this setting cannot be adjusted.
The monitor's HDMI output port is unable to display the camera's HDMI signal
If the HDMI signal output from the camera is HDCP-protected, the monitor cannot use its own HDMI OUT port to output the signal again to other display devices or recording equipment.
HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) is a digital content protection protocol enabled by many modern cameras and devices during HDMI output to prevent unauthorized copying of high-definition content. Once the signal source (such as a camera) activates HDCP encryption, the connected display device (such as a monitor) can only display the image and cannot forward or output the signal to other devices.

FW703/FW279S monitor, and the HDMI port works fine, but the SDI port does not
1. First, verify that the SDI signal you are using is supported by the monitor.
2. By default, our FW703/FW279S monitors are set to HDMI mode. Make sure to switch the monitor to SDI mode.
3. Once you have confirmed that the monitor is in SDI mode, try using a different SDI cable and signal source to determine whether the issue is caused by a malfunction in the monitor.
Why can’t the LUT7S HDMI output pass through the camera’s HDMI signal?
This is likely due to HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) enabled by the camera. When HDCP is active, the HDMI signal can be displayed but cannot be forwarded or output through the HDMI OUT port of the connected device.
